OVERVIEW
The CHRP designation is designed for HR practitioner’s candidate or employed in supervisory and middle-level Management. This program equips the participants with appropriate knowledge, skills and techniques to perform human resource functions and responsibilities in organization.
This professional program is designed to provide an intermediate and advance level knowledge, for management of human resources in an organization. It offers good blend of theories, practices, case studies and individual assignment in the management of human resources to meet the growing demand for competent HR Professionals.. It is designed to answer the question, “What should a Human Resources Practitioner know and be able to apply to be considered a competent HRM?”
The (CHRP) Program is offered by IPDC Training Institute and the award is given upon the satisfactory completion of a seven-module competency-based skills development program which lasts for a total of ___ hours and the submission of a set of required individual assignment reports indicating the demonstration and application of the set of HR competencies in an actual work-related.
Participants are expected to satisfactorily perform the tasks of a HR Professional using the set of competencies specified by BNSP in addition to conforming to a code of ethics and commitment to continuous learning.
