OVERVIEW

The current organizational challenge is how to face business competition in an increasingly competitive and aggressive world. The sales department is the backbone of the company in increasing the company's revenue, managing the sales strategy so that it becomes an action that can have a real impact. For this reason, sales performance management is needed. Through the Managing Sales Performance course, we invite participants to be able to manage the overall sales team performance so that the team becomes more effective, solid, and synergistic in achieving sales targets.
