OVERVIEW

The advancement of ‘Internet of Things’, business advances progressing in a rapid way. As a leader, individuals have to manage the people and organization carefully in this ever changing world. Despite being a beneficial at time, these changes have brought with it increased VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity). This new form asks people to understand ‘VUCA Leadership’ as the new art and style of leadership in the 21st Century.
