Overview This course is designed to enhance the critical and analytical thinking skills of Management Trainees (MTs) within the context of decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking in a business environment. The course focuses on developing participants’ ability to evaluate information, think critically about business challenges, and apply analytical frameworks to improve organizational processes, performance, and decision-making.
